Subscription boxes are curated monthly and dispatch dates are clearly communicated at the point of purchase. You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal before the designated monthly cut-off date.
4. Global Shipping and Delivery
EmberLeaf Tea operates globally. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on external courier services and international customs processing. The risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, import duties, or local taxes applied by your jurisdiction.
